New supes take their seats
Efren Carrillo is sworn in by state Democratic Party Chairman and former state Senator Art Torres as one of two new Sonoma County supervisors seated on Tuesday. Carrillo becomes the first Latino member of the five-person board, which also includes newcomer Shirlee Zane. READ MORE
